Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. hi i will suggest you not to pair two protine rich food items together.you can ideally team a vegetarian source of protein with an animal source of protein but never with the another vegetarian source and same logic works for non vegetarian protine sources as well. since dairy is derived from animal milk,it is usually avoided from being paired with non veg items including meat and fish . so, please take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated. take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene.
