Q.

Hii. Is skipping and normal walking is enough for weight loss along with balanced diet? I'm not able to cardio workout so please suggest me any type of workout to reduce weight

A. hello dear good morning escaping is a good option if you are walking from so many days past then you can make it a style of jogging slowly that will help you better than the walking in terms of losing weight.. and body weight exercises are of great help.. squats you can do when you can do planks hold for 30 seconds initially then keep on increasing the time
