Q.

Hii, I've been breastfeeding my baby since birth. Even after I started weaning I breastfeed him on demand or when needed. He was never on bottle feeding or formula feeding. But now I feel that my supply is becoming less. Does it happen naturally that supply becomes low? How to I increase it or how do I try bottle feeding my baby?

A. Hello good evening !! It's common to reduce milk production ,and moreover baby requires /demands more while growing. Your diet, body type impacts on milk production. From 6 month onwards start semi solids along with breast milk, formula milk. By having milk, diary products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk, fenugreek seeds helps in increasing milk production..
