Q.

hii I m 35 week pregnant, during my routine checkup doctor prescribe me betnesol injection of 2 dosage in the gap of 48 hours, can you please tell me why this injection is given to me? Is there any complications in my delivery??

A. hi parent I want to know if you are having diabetes or any c section is planned generally it's given to improve lung maturity in the baby If there is risk in preterm delivery

A. Don't worry dr I too had that injection it is for babys lung development
