A. By 28 weeks the baby weight will be 900-1.2 kg and one kg on an average. Based on that 890 is an okay weight. But the mother should take high protein diet to improve baby’s weight

A. hello dear At the end of the seventh month of pregnancy, fat begins to be deposited on your baby. Your baby weighs from about 900 - 1800g  For the proper and healthy development of the fetus, you need at least 450 extra calories every day in Your 7th-month pregnancy diet should be full of iron and protein, with loads of foods that have calcium, magnesium, fiber, folic acid Avoid foods high in salt, fats, sugar and those that will just give you empty calories but no nutritional benefits
