hii I have two kids and second one is 6 months old I didn't have family planning Operation because of low blood my doctor said after 2years we will do it please suggest me to avoid pregnancy which method is best and I am very thin

Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby.
