Bonnisan you can give five drops to the child your child will be crying due to severe stomach pain which is common to be seen in this age but since you have consulted a doctor doctor suggested your medicine you can go for that as a doctor would have a better knowledge but this is the best that we suggest you to use every day and you can use it maximum four times only if needed
