ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician1 Year agoA. hi parents no need to give anything except vitamin D 3 drops if baby is on exclusive breastfeeding Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6 months of age it will help give vit D3 drops 400IU per day till 1 yr of age.
