hii dr mai jabh bhi sone ki try krti hu aur aankh lg jaati hai toh agar neend khulti hai toh bahut ghabrahat hoti hai aisa lgta hai mai soyi ni hui thi blki mujhe fatigue hua tha and mai behosh ho gyi hui thi plz help kya kru aise feel hota ankh lgne par ki mai mar jaaungi and mujhe behoshi ho rahi plz answer aisa kyu hota hai aur aise lgta hai jaise meri saans ruk gyi hui thi

I Think you are either just test or just freak out with about something you should be consulting your doctor ones for a proper checkup and if you need to take a help from a psychologist maybe they will be able to understand your issue I will be able to guide you better on this so just go ahead with the proper treatment
