In 2 years, there are variety of nutritious foids that can be included in baby's diet like pan cane, waffle, omelette, boiled egg, chicken soup, idli-dosa with sambhar, poha, upma, besan and beetroot cheela, stuffed parantha, chapati with paneer gravy, mixed vegetable soup, rice with dal, khichdi, dalia, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken and fish gravy with rice, legumes, ghee, seadonal fruits nd 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
