hii doctor we have given pomegranate juice to my 5 month old baby her tongue turned black what is that reason how to get rid of black tongue

A. that's because of iron content of pomegranate juice. I would advice to continue oy exclusive breast feeding till 6 month of age. after that u may give pomegranate juice. ok.

A. Dip a gauze- or cloth-covered finger into the warm water. Gently open your baby's mouth, and then lightly rub their tongue in a circular motion using the cloth or gauze. Softly rub your finger over your baby's gums and on the inside of their cheeks, too.
