Q.

Hii Doctor My son is now 4 month 20 days old. from last 3-4 weeks he chewing his fingers, and too much drooling also. and now from last 1week he is splitting milk like curd several times in a day. and chewing his fingers badly even just after the feed also. please suggest πŸ™

A. Hello, putting his hand in his mouth is most likely totally normal. very natural for a baby to put fingets,objects into his mouth to explore them, Getting his hands in his mouth is actually an early milestone, it is important for hand mouth cordination.

A. Teething. Most babies begin teething between 4 and 7 months old, so while you can probably rule this out for a newborn, it could definitely be causing your older baby to suck on their hands, fists, or fingers. Their gums hurt and rubbing something against those sore spots feels good
