hii doctor, my daughter has blocked nose n cough from yesterday but now she cough more n sleep with open mouth...nose is clear,i give NS drops. she also vomit for 2 times after coughing and 2st vomit has mucus.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongesta nt with anbmtiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
