you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do not wordry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increxase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping timde during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi. Follw a good routine. Wake them early in the morning like around 7am then put them for sleep between 12 to 1 pm then they will be tired by 9pm... it will take 15 days to set schedule but once it's done you will be happy
