Hii doctor , my baby's age is 7 months 25 days ,she has a cold and little cough . so I consult a doctor one week back . The doctor gives me a medicine for her it is Maxtra drops . I used that drops for her , but she doesn't recover from cold . so plzz give me what medicine I used to her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associatted factor . As the first line of treatment you can giveh steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend you to continue using the medicine and apart from that you should use home remedies for speedy recovery I would recommend that you should give your baby internet steam and massage with warm mustard oil
