A. hi instead of Medicine,here I suggest some remedies, hope it help: apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which help to cure it faster. keep your child well hydrated prepare decotion with warm water, Tulsi leaves, pinch of turmeric powder and ajwain seeds, give it in 6 tbsp quantity twice in a day
