Q.
hii doctor ,my baby is 5 month old ,he is having GERD problem , Last 2 month he is suffering this problem... weight is 8.5kg ...my paediatrician said reduce the weight ,nd he is taking formula feed ,so Dr advised to reduce the formula feed and started semi solids food for him ,is it ok to start semi solid ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. gas .Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.
