Q.

Hii doctor, My baby is 42 days old.. I don't know whether my breastmilk is enough to her... how to feed her? While she is wake she used to have milk continuously on that time breastmilk is not enough to her so I am giving formula milk to her... To incerase my breastmilk I am taking Prolac capsules... give me a solution what to do?

A. hi mam,if your child weighs enough (250 to 500g per month ) , showing no discomfort, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,it means that your child is getting enough milk. no worries but if it is not so then to increase your breastmilk supply, please don't give up easily ,try to offer more and more breastfeeds. avoid giving formula
