hii doctor my baby is 4.5 yrs old. she is having cough cold and mild fever. can we give retent + twice a day? if yea wats the dosage. please help.

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a featurse of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongswqestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
