hii doctor my baby is 3months 10 days old.. her birth weight is 3.1kg and height is 54cm , head circumference is 35cm.. now her weight is 4.8 and height is 63cm .. head circumference is 41.5 cm is these are normal growth... baby is full term baby born in 10th month .. exclusively breastfeed.....

A. Hi mom. Yes the growth of ur baby is fine. No need to worry. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Burp ur baby well after every feed in upright position to avoid gas issues. Take care
