hii doctor my baby has suffering from fever last 2 days. she is not drinking milk and doesn't eat solid foods .. and doesn't sleep .. she head was very heat. so please give me some suggestions and remedies to cool the head heat.

first, maintain good Hydration throughout the day
it is important
give Sponge bath to reduce the temperature
dress your child lightly
give decotion of warm water and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
