hii doctor...my 5m baby is totally not showing interest to taking food and pooping frequently.. some amount of mucus also in poop... what should I do?

A. opp fdit is quite natural small babies will be passing loose motions no need to worry about them as long as the baby is on mother's milk that chances of infection will not be there
