Q.

hii doctor my 1month 10 days baby get vomiting milk immediately after feeding in mouth and in nose as well please tell me what could be the reason and if it is happened by my diet please tell me

A. the child might be having gastro-oesophageal reflux which is very common in children and will improve with increasing age of the child and also if the weight of the child is normal then there is always a chance of overfeeding the child which might be causing the vomiting

A. thanku I'm following the same I burp evrytime and kept upright position only but then also he get vomited everything what are the possibility is there any problem please tell me and i told to the pediatrician also but he suggests do scanning in scanni report everything seems normal and then he gave ondem syrup but when I give ondem syrup he immediately get vomite please tell me I'm scared really

A. it is very important to keep the child in upright position and also do burping of the child for 15 to 20 minutes and do not keep the child back on the bed after one burping because all gas is not removed and this will help in decreasing the vomiting in the child
