hii doctor I m 3 months pregnant will come to 4th month by 27th of this month.doctor suggested me fe3 xt tablets during day time after breakfast and cal123 tablets at night time.but I m feeling nausea and vomiting which increase after taking iron tablet and I m gng to black colour stool and black vomiting.is it k or can I change medication or can I change iron tablet to nyt time?please suggest me?
