Hii Doctor.. I Am 36 weeks Pregnant and My Blood Pressure is 150/96..what should I Do to Control It And Is It Normal in pregnancy?

A. Definitely its not normal, however it is common. You must ensure to check with your ob/gyn and treat it. It can cause issues during child birth. Limit your salt intake and remain physically active, if otherwise advised.

A. increase in blood pressure during pregnancy is common you should keep yourself well hydrated avoid salt and deep fried food so that blood pressure will come down and you should rest more and proper slow walk will also help but you should do all the walking after consultation of doctor
