hii doctor gm, my son Aaarav is having problem in ear always their is dust contains in his ear, I also cleaned but same happened again , what medicine should I give him?

A. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacffted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .
