Hii doctor..2 months back my baby got fever n we took the blood test reports at that time doctor checked the reports n told it's normal but in the reports it's showing that RBC is microcytic hypochromic cells with moderate anisopokilocytosis but his HB is normal it's 10.5 .My baby is very active n plays normally.Is that a cause of concern??

A. You should regularly get his Hb level checked like after every six months and give him iron rich foods and give an iron supplement for 2 months and give a healthy and nutritious diet to the child
