Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. check the temperature of the baby in the axilla if it is below 99 it is normal temperatureFever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit

as baby is looking active ,you should not worry about anything.
just dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hydration.
