hii... can i mix rice n apple together....bocz my babby love to eat this cobination....rice n apple pure

ExpertDr.Trishita IssarNutritionist7 years agoA. Yes of course you can mix rice with apple purée. But please always cook apple well either you can boil or steam the apple thoroughly and also remove the peel and feed to the baby. Give two to three feeds a day of meals other than two snacks and milk feeds
