hii.. can i give homeopathy medicine along with allopathy cough syrup to my baby?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant brfonchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough itsh prescribed.
if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. yes you can give any other medicine with allopathic as the the homeopathic medicine does not have any side effects but it will fit good on the body so you can definitely go for it if your baby is having cough and cold and you should you warm compression on chest back neck and feet
