hii can i apply navratna oil on my baby head for sound sleep??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. You can use badam Rogan from hamdard for massage of the baby. Massaging relaxes the baby and also helps in strengthening the muscles of the baby. Afterwards give bath with Luke warm water and apply mild lotion.

Yes you can apply Give the baby a proper meal make the baby wear a soft clean diaper dim the lights put on some soft music massage the baby's head and feet properly with Rogan badam shreen so that the baby becomes relaxed and sleeps for a longer period of time and comfortably
