Q.

hii am shamsath.. I have a doubt.. my period cycle before pregnancy is 45days is a irregular periods.. but after pregnancy it will be chanaga 15, then 20 then 28day cycle then 34day cycle.. is this regular periods are abnormal.. why it's happen

A. during breastfeeding phase. .you can experience irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year due to hormonal fluctuations and this is totally normal. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and use effective contraceptive methods

A. hi it happens because of hormonal changes. so don't worry. it should be regulaise by own naturally. please take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated but if you are getting heavy flow ,pain etc then please consult your gynecologist
