hii am 4 months pregnant n I hve v low vitamin D deficiency so what's should I take n eat in fruits n vegebles

A. First of all start sitting in direct sunlight 30 mins a day and have milk and milk products , fortified cereals, egg and some Non veg foods and eat a healthy nutritious diet
