hie mera baby ab 1yr 9m ka ho gya hai. Mujhe breastfeeding ab stop karni hai because jb wo feed karta hai mujhe bohot pain hota hai. please suggest main kya karu. how can I stop breastfeeding?

You should introduce another feeding to the child and once your child get used to it it would be easier for you to quit breastfeeding also you should take a medication to dry out your breast feed after consulting the doctor as that is also going to be helpful
