Hie can any one tell I feeded shark fish to my 10month old baby girl.can it digest to her and i feeded to her 1time and worried about her

However, the benefits of breastfeeding may be greater than the possible adverse effects of exposure to mercury through breast milk. Eat a variety of fish. If you eat fish caught by family or friends, check for fish advisories .
