It is difficult to identity symptoms without examining. Get your child examined by paedriatian in person for any deficiencies.

yes , sometimes it happens because of nutritional deficiencies.
but not necessary to have this.
if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight,eat other food items well , and sleep well then no need to worry.
just keep this things out of reach from your child.
or give tiny spoon while adding salt in buttermilk or anything.
