hi why my bàby is having watery motions she is having buffalo milk from last month, from starting she didn't have any symptom,but she is having watery motions from last 2days and she is having tiny red spots all over the body from 5days

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with manafjugement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatmentf
