Hi why my 1 year old is vommiting when she isgoinh for sleep just aftet dinner. Mostly she is given cerelac she gors for sleep and afyer2 hour gets us with indigestiion shows discomfort amd vomits. Please suggest

A. dear parent, try to give dinner to your baby at least 2 hours before baby goes to sleep. this will help in proper digestion. instead of giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac, prefer to give homemade wholesome foods.
