hi, why breastmilk is so watery and not in white color??? does it harm baby drinking that breastmilk? how to make sure that breastmilk has protien and gives strength to baby? can anyone suggest me any lactation powder to drink please???

It is not necessary that it is not good but if it is only water then maybe that is not strength to give to the child because the milk has to be really little bit thick and also should be a more strengthening for the child so I would suggest you to consult the lactation specialist regarding the queries that you have
