You can Start introducing all sorts of vegetables which can be mashhed after boiling and can be consumed easily by the baby. Mashed potatoes and vegetable purées help

U I will give spinach bottle gourd and any other vegetables like carrot beetroot you can be pure out of all these things other vegetable also that you can think of you can give mashed potato sweet potato to your child you just have to choose the vegetables you can give maximum vegetables
