Hi, which syrup is treated for 2years toddler, to prevent or relief from gas.?

A. Syp carmicide 1 tsf twice a day. or give ajwain water. Boil the ajwain (carom seeds) in water . Give it to your child and it will work as an excellent for gases n digestion
