Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mam please give daily bath to your child with appropriate soap as per your child age. please give daily massage to your child with coconut oil . please use lose cotton clothes for your child. you can apply aloevera gel or Himalaya prickly heat powder after every bath. please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
