Q.
hi which is the best stomach belt which is of light weight to reduce post delivery fat ... and also it's already been 6 months can I use it now, will it be effective? n I had a c section can I use a belt first of all .. if yes which is the lightest n gud to use belts to reduce belly fat

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. abdominal Binder is not proven to reduce post pregnancy belly. use it if you feel comfortable. but donot restrict your mobility because of it. also do deep breathing exercises as abdominal binderd can restrict chest expansion if they are too tight.
