After one year of age, there is no particular diet plan to be followed you should give a nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups to the child. Like chapati, cereals, oats, lentils, peas, beans, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, add Desi ghee or butter in meals.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy7 years agoA. Hi. You can use Amul cow ghee, patanjali is also good . But if it possible then try to make ghee at home because pure homemade ghee is better than the packaged one. It is very easy to make at home so if possible then try it once
