Hi when my baby looks the eyeballs are not still. It seems to be flickering. Is this normal?

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to understand the situation. Get your baby personally checked by the doctor and seek further assistance. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months completion
