Q.

Hi , What would be the normal sleeping interval time for a child who is 3 years and 5 months old . Is that enough for a child who is sleeping 2 hours in the afternoon and 8 - 8.30 hours in the night or he/she should sleep continuously for 10 - 12 hours which is beneficial .? Please explain

A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilizex. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of sleep and they will not have any problem.x (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)
