Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 years agoA. hello actually always start with the semi solid kind of food item initially like for porridge as well as cerelac also you can give as one time feed you can start slowly next soft food items like khichdi Pongal upma slowly you can increase whatever you prepare at home
