hi what are the symptoms of vitamin deficiency and please advice vitamin A,D,B12 rich foods.

A. vit A is for eyes, mainly carrot, spinach, mango etc

A. Vitamin D is an extremely important vitamin that has powerful effects on several systems throughout the body... One of vitamin D's most important roles is keeping your immune system strong so you're able to fight off the viruses and bacteria that cause illness.. so if u r vit d deficit, then u will get sick more often.. Feeling tired can also be one of the symptom of vit d deficiency.. Bone and Back Pain, Slow healing of wounds after surgery or injury and Hair Loss.. Fatigue is one of the first signs of B12 deficiency,weakness.. strange sensations too.. fiods rich in Vitamin B 12 include shellfish, liver, fish, crab, fortified soy products (tofu, soymilk), fortified cereals, red meat, low fat dairy, cheese, and eggs. and same for vitamin d too.. take care
