A. the healthy food habits are eating washed fruits and vegetables . milk and milk product daily . egg sprouted vegetables n jaggery good source of iron . daily walk after meals . have meals on time

A. Hi! pregnant woman needs to take very healthy food like vegetables and fruits. You should take milk, curd and paneer too if you can. Also avoid too much sweet, junk and fried food. Healthier food options should be chosen.
