Q.

hi wanted to know if it's true that if the breastfeeding mom's get cold or fever then the baby will also suffer the same because we are breastfeeding?

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the firsvst line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

A. Nope It’s not at all like that cold and fever is very much seasonal so anybody can get it but that does not mean that if you are having in the child is also going to suffer it’s happening with the Covid vaccination right now that’s true but with the viral fever a regular fever that’s not possible
